The breakfast buffet had many options I found something I liked and the service was attentive enough
My minibar was locked upon arrival It seemed unusual because I had already paid a deposit I had to call maintenance to fix it. Later a night light would not switch off below both bed tables The hotel sent someone but they could not do anything about it at that hour I found this very disruptive

The room was amazing. It had a nice seating area. Club access was definitely worth getting, I loved the evening cocktails. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've had. The variety was excellent. The staff are very helpful and keen to address any request.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, great. The bed was large. I could watch the city's lights at night from my room's windows. I did enjoy the space.

The gym had 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes, everything was modern. The pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section. I enjoyed my time at the pool. The beach is sandy and well-kept.

Gastronomy offered overwhelming breakfast choices, the view was amazing. Wines, champagnes, spirits and cocktails are available all day in the club lounge. Afternoon tea from 3-5pm varied daily. The spread was amazing, it had great variety.

There are a lot of restaurants inside this resort, it is convenient! The hotel also provides a shuttle service. I found it easier to get around. Taxis were readily available, as well.

The airport transfer service was seamless and luxurious. Special thanks to the butlers. They anticipated every need. I appreciated the VIP Manager, a Turkish lady (whose name I forgot). Her hospitality made a deep impact on me. The hotel redefined luxury.
Breakfast buffet options diminished. Special K and granola are missing. I could not get a space at the Royal pool . The pool just isn't big enough.

The staff were warm, attentive, and committed to delivering service. Butlers anticipated every need with precision. Staff consistently provided amazing service at every contact point. Ms Naseera at reception was professional.

very nice breakfastcomfy roomsgreat restaurantsperfect service
the breakfast had an very nice variety. the rooms felt really lovely and super comfy. i enjoyed the food in the restaurants around the hotel. accessing the water park was simple and fun. the housekeeping service was perfect madina looked after our room well.
i forgot some clothes in the room. i called the hotel and was transferred to lost and found. they confirmed they found most of my stuff except some expensive sunglasses. i never received a clear answer about it and got rude answers when i pressured for details.

the hotel features an amazing gym with a private pool area and sauna. i found these spaces to be well kept and relaxing after a busy day exploring. it was easy to unwind and recharge.
